Check-in status on inspection display

Currently the inspection display does not distinguish between teams who haven't started inspection but have been marked "present" and those that haven't – it would be nice to be able to see who's not here yet at a glance from the inspection display. Maybe teams in the "not started" group on the display could have their team number in italics if they haven't been marked "present", or something like that.
