Tape for Pneumatic Fittings

Hi Skyler, but it says it in the Game Manual under Robot Build - Misc -Tape used to secure connections between cables, prevent leaks on pneumatic fittings, and label wires/motors/sensors but yet this exception is the only one not on the Inspection Checklist. Wouldn't this just be a matter of correcting the Inspection Sheet not clarifying a rule? Sorry if I'm wrong. :-)
