Teams that haven't Checked in with Queue - Display that on Audience Display and/or Field Monitor Display

Make it so the Audience Display and/or the Field Monitor Display show which teams have not been checked in by Queue. This could be the done by having a slightly faded Red or Blue Color box around the team number. This might be a feature that is enabled by default but can be disabled for events that do not have a dedicated queuer.
