Finalizing Awards - X Button Does not remove the Assigned Team

There also should always be the option to select "Award Not Given". But currently on Version beta 8.1 the X Button or highlighting and Deleting the Team Name does not remove the team from that Award. While testing we just assigned teams and then tried to remove the teams to select different teams and it did not work. This was tried on the JA account and the Admin account.

Also the scroll for this page still isn't working and the user needs to Tab to move down the list of awards.
