Teams on Match Schedule who failed Inspection

Team is checked in and EP runs a match schedule prior to completion of inspections. Team(s) do not pass the inspection but the match schedule is run. The only option is to recreate the event and set up a new event and start check in process, etc. Do we need a caution or prevent match schedules being run until inspections are completed.
