Rankings Display Does Not Seem to be Showing RP, and AP Correctly

The Alliance Rankings display seems to be adding all of the points to AP. EP looks OK but RP is always zero. 

I am attaching a screenshot of the scoring for match Q6. Red wins 5-0 and both teams are marked with ERP and ARP. I am also attaching the resulting Alliance Ranking display. The red teams are ranked 2nd and 3rd. The blue teams 9th and 10th. 

Note that RP = 0, AP = 4, and EP = 1. I was expecting RP = 4, AP = 1, and EP = 1. The Blue teams show RP = 0, AP = 2, and EP = 1. I was expecting RP = 2, AP = 1, and EP = 1.
