Match Violations Page Should Show Previous Team Violations

The page where head referees input violations for a team in a specific match should show all violation notes that team received from all previous matches. This was a very useful feature on referee.fyi in previous years that allowed head refs to quickly see whether a team should receive a warning, yellow card, or red card. Currently, head refs need to exit out of the match violation page, go to the global violation list, search for a specific team, and then go back to the match violation page to determine this. This feature would also be useful if the head ref has entered a note about the team from inspection, as they would be able to quickly see the note without having to look for it.
