Solo Match Team List on a Phone is Useless

When trying to select a team for a solo match on a phone, the team list shows no useful information, just the first digit of the team number and a giant "Inspection Passed" tag. It's still possible to type the whole team number into the box, but this defeats the whole purpose of having the team list in the first place.
